2024 Sweepstakes Coming Soon!
The Spruce Pine Potters Market Sweepstakes has supported various Mitchell and Yancey County nonprofits for over a decade. Chosen by membership, our 2024 Sweepstakes partner is Mitchell County Animal Rescue (MCAR). Fifty percent of the sweepstakes proceeds will be donated to MCAR.
MCAR's mission is to protect, rescue, and care for abandoned and unwanted animals in Mitchell County, NC. They also work to promote the importance of spaying and neutering to reduce the population of stray animals, find loving homes for animals, and educate young people about the humane treatment of animals.
This year, six members of the Spruce Pine Potters Market are donating their artwork for the sweepstakes. The contributing artists are Bandana Pottery, Stormie Burns, Susan Feagin, Andy Palmer, Ken Sedberry, and Julie Wiggins. Sweepstakes tickets will be available for purchase online at sprucepinepottersmarket.com or onsite during the market on October 12th and 13th, from 10 am to 5 pm, at the Cross Street Building in Spruce Pine, NC.
